my manger

Let me explain about my manger. I've been in the same department for a year and a half now. I was diagnosed with ADD. I'm trying to find out what's the right medication for me. Anyway my manger has been trying to teach me to merchandise and colorize everything. I understand the colorizing. She doesn't like what she puts out touched. So this past Tuesday I had to work and she was at her other job. So I had rolling rack coming out. We have a table full of $7.97 tank tops. The four-way was light so I folded the tank tops on the table and move the four-way up. and put out the tube tops. They were within the $9.97 categories. Then I had markdowns to do on the dresses and I was asked to make a four-way. I had more dresses then just for one four way. So I took the dresses off one of the four-ways and moved them up front. So now I've got my extra four-way. And she got slightly mad at me because she didn't touch any of that. And I know I'm going to hear it tomorrow. And I really i'm trying. So if she says anything to me I'm going to say thank-you for all that she's done for but I would to have a transfer out of the department. My manger also has a way of making you feel guilty. Like before I wanted a transfer and I was told that she cried. And was upset. And when someone had told her that I was going to leave if she didn't comply with my school schedule. She told me that she didn't want to have another ungrateful co-worker.

May. 26, 2008 at 4:03 PM I know it's easier said than done but never let anyone manipulate you from doing what is best for you and your family.  If you are trying than be at peace knowing you did your best.  Her junk is on her shoulders!
