SUCKERS bitch rant.....

Yeah, you’re all suckers.

 

Okay, not ALL of you. Some of ya’ll are pretty cool. But to the rest of you, here’s what’s been pissin’ me off lately:

 

DON’T start a conversation about something that you feel strongly about if you aren’t prepared for the possibility that someone might disagree with you. If you can’t handle opposition (and by "handle", I mean NOT throw a tantrum, or go into whiny bitch-mode, or stick your fingers in your ears and sing "La la la la, I can’t hear you!") then it’s probably in your favor if you just keep your opinions to yourself.

 

If you DO decide to engage in a discussion about something that you have a strong opinion about, don’t be surprised if you are asked to explain yourself. And certainly don’t be defensive. Don’t get me wrong, you are "entitled to your opinion". But for the sake of meaningful conversation, it helps if you are able to provide some kind of comprehensible reasoning for your particular stance. If you have none, simply state that you have none....though if that’s the case, it probably would have been wise to just abstain from commenting in the first place. Once again, you are completely entitled to any kind of irrational, unfounded, ill-informed bullshit you might choose to call an opinion. All I ask is that when confronted about it, you have the balls to back up your impudent delusions. If all that you can muster in your defense is "It’s just what I think, I don’t need a reason!", then I will interpret that as "I actually have no factual knowledge of the subject, I’m just spouting whatever nonsense I feel is appropriate, and no amount of education ON the subject is likely to break my OCD grasp on my own ignorant self-deception!"

 

Okay....I’m done being a bitch. For now. (By the way, most of you aren’t really suckers. That rant softened me up a little, I guess. I love you guys!)

WOW! That's so true...lol. I agree 100%. I love the intelligence and phrasing of this rant. Wish I could steal it...LOL. People really DO need to research the facts behind their opinions.
