Well Thursday I found out that I really CAN'T handle anything! I guess all the stress from the last year finally caught up with me. After lunch I started having chest pressure and turned really red, and had pressure even in my ears! I felt like I couldn't breath and was getting tingly , feeling like I would pass out. It scared me so I had my friend at work take me to the hospital. I soon found out that I was having an anxiety attack! Never before in my life have I ever felt that way. I guess I always thought I could handle anything. I guess i was wrong!Two days later and i still have a tightness in my chest and ear pressure. I have been taking the Benadryl they told me to, but am going to go to my Dr. on Monday to see what we can do about my stress. I have always heard people talk abou thaving anxiety attacks, but now that I have had one, I can't imagine haiving to go through that on a regular basis! My heart goes out to those who struggle with this on a daily basis. Truly a scary feeling. Still don't know my exact plan of action, but my friends are being incredibly supportive and that helps. I'll keep updating for my frineds, and it helps get it off my chest too.
