Kitten Update

Today my husband went to throw away a carpet we had on our front porch and here falls three kittens. It seems like they have been living on our porch behind the carpet. Since our neighbor claims her cat didnt have babies this year, we just took the kittens including the one I had found yesterday and placed them by the side of the neighbors house. They have a hole in the side of their house where their cats can come and go from the house, we saw the momma cat there meowing when we found the kittens, so we placed them there and she took each one in the house.

I am relieved and sad, those poor kittens have no chance at having a good home with people who love them, but I had to give the kitten back so at least it would survive.

Whose to say when it gets a little bigger we wont go and rescue it again, because we know it will be hanging out outside just like the millions they already have...UUUUUGGGGHHHH! Why do people have to be so ignorant!

Apr. 6, 2008 at 5:01 PM My family and I recently rescued a kitten that my brother found along the freeway in the middle of winter. I'm sorry your neighbors are this way and I know it must have been hard to put them back. You did the right thing though- Your a good person!!
