Winter Blahs

Weather was sorta screwy last week.. First 80 degrees then snow and ice.. I am so ready for spring.. Flowers blooming.. No more snow.. Warmer weather...  I want the kids to go outside a bit.. Get some fresh air and off my nerves..

Had a nice weekend.. Am trying to see things in a better light.. Need to put some rose colored glasses on my face a bit.. Even if I am not the rose colored wearing person.. I need em.. Just a bit..

Looking for positives.. Renewal.. In all aspects of life.. Want to see the silver lining even if it seems to be small...

I need a vacation... a change... to plant a garden.. Something... I can't wait to open the pool.. Catch some rays..  Having the sun kiss my skin, while laying on a float with a drink on the deck...
Listening to good music.. I need to get involved in something outside my home.. Something fun..

I walk everyday by my gardens and pray for just a hint of green... and you know I think the last couple of warm days messed up the plants.. I do see green.. And that gives me hope... just what I need...

Winter has kicked my butt this year.. I am so ready to move on...
