Moving to Minot

Well it is for certain that we are moving to Minot, North Dakota come Oct. I am a little bummed because I have a wonderful moms group here and I don't want to leave. I have a two year old daughter who has made some wonderful friends. I guess I worried  about meeting people. Most of my friends here were from I was working. So not that I am a SAHM how will I meet people? Help

Apr. 9, 2008 at 1:40 PM I  have actually been to Minot on my way to Alaska over 20 years ago.  It's a sleepy little town and everybody knows everybody.  I'm sure you won't have any problems making friends.  It's kind of like the town where I live in North Carolina, only colder!

I was born in Minot almost 37 years ago - my dad was in the AF and stationed there!! SO cool!!!!
