Some of you may know that my husband's cousin, Joe is battling a very aggressive from of brain tumors. It is so sad and although Joe seems to be losing his battle, I want to do whatever I can to help other families from dealing with the pain that cancer causes. I have also lost a Grandma,Great-Grandma, wonderful high school friend, and an uncle to cancer. So... I have decided to participate in this year's Relay for Life events. This disease touches almost everyone and I hope that in some very small way my running in the relay for life we can work towards a cure.
