Is it really as complicated as we make it?

Sometimes, the harder you try to reach a goal, the more complicated it becomes.
I have realized that the best thing to do is let go and let the pieces fall into place on their own.
The bottom line is that it will either work out or not.
....If only I could remember that All the time!

Isnt it funny how often it happens: once we officially set the goal, road blocks suddenly appear out of nowhere? Here are a couple of quotes from one of my favorite books, Failing Forward, John C Maxwell.
Success is not a place you arrive one day, it is a journey you take. And whether you succeed comes from what you do day-to-day. In other words, success is a process.
Failure works the same way. It is not some place you arrive, and like success, it is not an event. It is all how you deal with life along the way.
Observe any high achiever and you’ll discover a person who doesn’t see a mistake as an enemy. It only acts as a fertilizer for getting better. When we give ourselves permission to fail, we at the same time are giving ourselves permission to excel.
