Nothing is off limits
we can eat what we desire.
But we must choose wisely
if we want to buy new attire.
Just because you "can"
doesn't mean you always should.
You need to aim for healthy foods,
remember veggies are always good.
Eating fast food french fries
burgers and fried chicken.
May make you crave more
and maybe you'll do some extra pickin'.
So be careful to pay attention
to the foods that make you crave.
Yes, you can have them occasionally
WW doesn't treat you like a slave.
But eating right is more than
losing weight and smaller hips.
Think about the big picture
before that food goes on your lips.
It's about a healthy heart
and healthy muscles and joints.
It's not just about pounds,
weigh-ins and counting points.
So while WW gives us the option
to eat anything that you please.
Remember to drink all your water
and get in all of your 8 HG's!
