Apr. 13, 2008 at 11:33 PM Someone, anyone...join my group!  I know there are other signing mommies and babies out there on LI!!!  Come on...this will be fun!!!  I will make a new post with all of the signs Ryleigh is using, and maybe you can all reply with the signs your child/children are using!?!?

Hello Fellow Mommy,

Wow! I think we have the same child in two different homes. I also have a 21 month old, who also knows about 85 signs!   The only difference is their gender. Just this morning I spoke with the owner of 'ABC Me Sign', a local ASL studio that teaches classes designed for babies & children. I live in Southern Calif and I also have one child.  I am passionate about ASL. I do not have any formal education but I would love love love to one day work perhaps as a teaching assistant in an ASL environment. I know about 100 signs myself. I would like to  be a part of your group, if you would have me.  

I will be happy to share the 85 signs my son knows. Let me know.
