Hey cafemoms!

I was just wondering if any of you know of a way to disinfect library books.  Avery was sick and so we layed around alot and read all our library books for a couple days, now I am sick and I was wondering how can I disinfect the books before I return them?  I don't want some one else to get sick!  Thanks

Ya know....I think you should just put them in a ziploc with a kind note to the librarian rather than try to do it yourself. They might appreciate that more.

I *think* there is Lysol disinfectant spray...but dang I can feel curators of fine literature cringing at the thought of spraying a book with those chemicals. What if you ruin the books? Ikes!

I think it's really cool that you think that. Too bad all sickies don't. I had a cold too recently and when I went to sign a receipt at the grocery store I actually told the clerk as I passed back her pen: Gee I have been quite sick lately you should clean that pen or not touch it." Sounded weird to say amd by the look on HER face you'd have thought the pen was ablaze with neon snot.

A kindly "thank you" would have sufficed. Yeah, ziploc 'em with a note and call yourself a good samaritan.
