We had my BIL and my neice over for dinner.  My neice (12) said how much she liked the dinner about 8 times!  My BIL didn't say a word (he never does....no thank you...no this is really good - but he had seconds and thirds on some.  So he must have liked it.  LOL

I would say it was a 5 out of 5...

4-6 pork chops (I used thick pork chops.  I usually only "brine" my thick pork chops but Cub had these on sale this week so I decided to cook with those)

1 tsp. seasoned salt (or enough to coat - I did both sides)

1 can cream of celery soup

1/2 C milk

1/2  C sour cream

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hashbrowns, completely thawed

1 C cheddar cheese, shredded

1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French Fried onions

Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet.  (I use butter)  Sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside.  Combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.  Stir in potatoes, 1/2 C cheese and half can French Fried onions.  Spoon mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.  Arrange pork chops over potato mixture.  Bake covered @350 degrees for 40 minutes.  (I baked mine about 1 hour 10 min.)

Top with remaining cheese and onions.  Bake uncovered for 5 min longer or until cheese is melted.

I served a lettuce salad and French bread that I sliced and put butter on one side and pan fried it until crisp on one side.....mmmmm good!
