My nickname...

When I was a little girl, my mom used to call me either stubbs (because I have short little toes, or Frieda Bart Kowski ( not sure why).  Since then, I have not had a nickname from either friends, boyfriends, or my husband, now; until recently.  I was sitting in front of the computer at my best friend from highschool's house, doing an online survey sent to me by a friend.  One of the questions was 'what is your nickname'; and after thinking for a few minutes, I asked her if she could think of one...and she couldn't.  Since then, she felt sooo bad that I was the only one from our highschool group without one, she now calls me Mel.
