In my city, here in Ohio, the news just showed a man that was arrested for soliciting for sex online and HE IS HIV POSITIVE AND KNOWS IT!

What's worse is the city police said THIS IS THE 3RD ARREST THIS YEAR FOR AN HIV POSITIVE MAN SOLICITING FOR SEX IN THIS AREA?!?!?!?

How messed up are people?!?!??!?!??!

Apr. 16, 2008 at 12:23 PM My husband had the first case in CO..(was a Prosecutor) where a man "HIV positive" was sentenced for LIFE in prison. for infecting a child...and knowing he was positive...the crime was MURDER....the poor little girl tested positive...
