I finally got my Tae Bo so now I can quit bitchin! No excuses right?! I used to walk at around 6am and my excuse for stopping was that I needed to do cardio bc walking alone wouldn't make much of a difference. It was an excellent "beginning" in so much as gettin me ready to start exercising SERIOUSLY. I'm still away from home so I won't make any commitments to do this or that.I did try it out though and boy did it kick my ass, got me to sweating and panting like a MoFo. I should be home on Tues/Wed; so by Mon 4/28 I'll get back on track w/Atkins (see what happens when my period comes around again).
My plan is to walk 2.1 miles 3x p/w (one lap is .7 mi...so i'm walking 3 laps) M,W,F. Do my Tae Bo as outlined in the workout rotation calendar for 1month and get back on Atkins for 21 days. I went and bought my kiddo a lightweight stroller so I can definately take her w/me as I walk. I even got a huge water bottle that holds all the water I need to drink over the course of the day. My friend even commited himself to contributing a scale to my weight loss journey. As soon as I start I want to do a daily blog of sorts to track my progress.
My goal is to lose a minimum of 30lbs by July 1st.
