This is a great recipe!! Thank you to whom ever came up with it!! Here's how I made it, for those who do not have the recipe. My DH and kids loved it too!

Cream Cheese Chicken *crock pot*

4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 pkg. dry italian salad dressing (Use half of the pkg.

)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 Cup of chicken broth

pour chicken broth in bottom of crock pot, then add the chicken. drizzle melted butter over chicken and sprinkle with dry italian dressing. add pepper to taste.

Cook low 6 hours (it was done in 5 hrs in my crock). 45 minutes before done, mix soup and cream cheese (i melt in microwave for a few minutes to combine until smooth). add mixture to crock pot and continue cooking on low for 30-45 minutes.

i serve this over egg noodles.

The sauce is rich and YUMMY!

KYLIE...

I have made this, and it is good. The second time I made it I did a few changes, and it was even better. See below.

4- 6 boneless skinless pieces of chicken (breasts or thighs)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 pck. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery or mushroom
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup water --
1 chopped onion-----
optional - celery and carrots---

put chicken in bottom of crock pot
put butter  and onion in with chicken
mix water and onion soup mix packet then pour in crock pot
cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until chicken is cooked
cut up chicken with scissors when chicken is cooked
soften cream cheese in microwave
mix cream cheese and cream soup together in a bowl then pour into crock pot with chicken
mix well

boil 1 bag wide egg noddles don't make them to soft or they will fall apart when you mix them with chicken mixture.

drain noddles and mix them into the chicken
mix well
season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chopped parsley etc.
