Ick. I admit, I didn't log in once to SparkPeople over the weekend. It was mainly just laziness on my part, coupled with the excuse that I had school work to do and didn't have time. And that meant, yes, I had a very unstructured meal plan. I never schedule exercising on the weekends, because I utilize it as a way to relax my tired muscles, so I was extremely lazy! I hate being that way, feeling hopeless, since I haven't seen much of a drop in weight and have been going from 133 to 132 for a couple weeks now. I FINALLY managed to fall to 131 today, and came to the conclusion that stepping on the scale every single day may be frazzling me a bit. I feel great, though! I am wearing the smallest jeans I own (the pre-pregnancy, skinny jeans -- we all have those). I bought these right before I got pregnant with my youngest child, so obviously I have waited a LONG LONG time to pull them on!! However, I am noticing now that my shirts are baggy and half of my wardrobe is hardly being touched at all. Anyway, I am VERY tired, because I woke up at 3am and struggled to fall back to sleep! I worked out and ate extra healthy today, and despite the lingering sleepiness, I got through it!
