well almost 3 months after i had my son i have plateaued in the weight loss department. i dont mind being a little chubby. but now im getting concerned about my health. i breastfeed so i do need to eat cant just starve myself like some of my friends have to lose the baby weight. so if anyone knows nice healthy meals i can make. thanks

Dec. 30, 2008 at 8:12 PM perhaps try a new exercise routine? when i've gotten stuck at a particular weight, either going up or down, changing my activity level normally kicks me through the tough spot.
