I didn't want to know with my first, but found out anyway (he was a "show and tell" kind of guy). With my second we had just bought our house and were remodeling, so I wanted to know so I could decorate. The next time, I'm going to let it be a surprise and not even watch while they're doing the sono!!!

best surprise ever!  DON'T find out!!!  the thrill of hearing 'it's a BOY' or 'it's a GIRL' is so amazing....esp with my 2nd, my ds., they covered him up b/c they wanted me to guess, (they knew i wanted a boy so badly!) 

i highly recommend not finding out....it's the only surprise left in the world, and for me, it was wonderful.

I didnt find out with my first It was GREAT!  But I found out with the others.  I ALMOST didnt find out with this last one LOL and the twins before that..... I didnt know I was having twins, so it turned out that that was enough of a surprise for me! I wanted to know when I found out there were 2!  But with my 2nd I already had a girl, and I had waited with her so I wanted to know.  and well when it came to #5 I just wanted things to be easier....  just to know.  BUT I think that IF (thats a big IF) I have any more (that would be ONE) that I wont find out!

I wasn't sure if I wanted to know or not. It didn't seem to matter any way you couldn't tell on the sono all we could see was a back. My doctor and the nurses thought I was having a boy. They were so sure. Wow was my doctor shocked when I delivered a girl. I really wanted a girl so I was very happy . I don't think my doctor will try to guess when I eventually decide to have another baby. But she says for my husbands sake she'll tell him if I get pregnant she'll guarntee it will be a boy whether it is or not.
