Breast Cancer Fundraiser - ISO Vendors (CINCI)

Hello everyone!
Myself and another lady are organizing a Breast Cancer Fundraising Vendor Fair for this Fall. We are in the beginning stages of planning and wanted to get an idea of how many of you would be interested in participating.
We are still working with the 20th Century Theatre for a date, but it will be on a Sunday in the latter part of October or beginning of November. The event will be between 8-10 hours. We will provide the tables and food for vendors.
Right now we estimate the vendor fee at $35 and will also ask for a donation for our raffles, minimum $20 value. All monies raised from the raffles will be donated to the Susan G Komen foundation.
We will only be accepting one vendor per company, so if you think you'd be interested, please contact me and I'll put you on our "potential" vendor list. *We are not accepting any fees at this time. Again, we are in the beginning stages of planning and just want to see how many companies/Consultants will be interested. All vendor spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis, so please don't hesitate to let us know if you think you'd be interested.*
