So LilMiss decided to make a grand entrance...Ambulance, quick labor, and no waiting!!  Labor was not too bad, less than 2 hours.  She was a big girl!  9 pounds, 5 ounces and 20 inches long.  She is a narrow little thing.  She eats like a horse!!  It is nice to be nursing and not have to supplement like I did with my other two.

Other news...She was really jaundiced when she was born.  Level was at an 8, which is the high end of normal.  All babies are born with a bit of Bilirubin in their system.  It is natural, but sometimes they are born with more than the liver can keep up with.  Katelyn's level yesterday was at a 16, so she has to go back in for another check today.  She is eating fine and not acting like anything is wrong, but if the leve is up today, she may have to be admitted.  I went through this with Haylee, and it was really scary.  When they are admitted, they are put under this special light and they pretty much have to stay there unless they are eating.  Yesterday when Katelyn's foot was pricked, she started crying.  I tried so hard not to:( but it didn't work...They do a blood draw and send it to the lab.  We got the results an hour later...By the 4th or 5th day the level peaks.  So as long as it hasn't gone up, we will be OK.  If it has gone up, I have a feeling we will be in the hospital with her tonight.  I am a little worried, but not nearly as bad as I was with Haylee...At least this time I know what to expect.

Will let eveyone know what is going on.
