Well, the kids are weird as usual.  Sean's behavior is improving.  He's still having days where he just can't wrap his head around a concept and therfore makes me want to grab on to the next moving car to see how far away I can get, but other than that, his behavior has returned to normal.  Normal for his age.  He'd had a lot of difficulty with yet another transition of his entire life.  But as soon as BM was really out of the picture, you couldn't tell him from any other kid anywhere he went.  I haven't had to say to anybody in awhile, "Hey sorry about that, he's had a difficult last couple of...years."

Leila is moving into her 4 year old phase.  I loathe the 4 year old phase.  I despise it!  It was hard enough going through it with Sean and everything else that was going on, but now we've got Leila going through it.  I can only hope that she doesn't spend half the time going through it that Sean did.  Because she is such a snot!  Mainly in the mornings and evenings, so in the afternoon she's usually cool.

We hit a little snag custody wise, I'm not going to go into it now, but I'll update when it's over.

I haven't heard back from the police department yet, but it's only Wednesday.  They said it would be a lengthy process.  I would get a letter, then take a test, then take an oral interview if I past the test.  It would work out really well if I did get the job though, because I would be able to finish out the school year and give two weeks notice.  I hate leaving my job at the school, but I NEED more money.  It's so difficult to live on our salaries as they are.

But the stress level is way down, and David and I were actually able to go see a concert together.  It was marvolous!  I was so happy to get out of this damn city.  I hate this place.  I wish I lived in Bremerton.
