Important Information Re: Plastic Bottles/Containers

Hello Friends:
Important information regarding the use of plastics and the effect on the environment and, more importantly, our health is contained in the attached link. Basically, don't use plastic bottles/containers with the numbers 3, 6 or 7 on the bottom (in a triangle) as the use of those products may cause certain chemicals to leach from the plastic, which we ingest. One of my girlfriends looked at all her sports bottles and was surprised to see that many had 3, 6 or 7. She's now throwing these out.
