I don't care for the "modern" names that seem to get out of hand. It seems there are about a million Kaitlyns these days, with just as many ways to spell it. A decade ago it was Brittany or Ashly. In my day it was Lisa or Tammy. (Hmmm, seems to me that it's the girls names that become the trend!). Now, I can't really complain too much, though, because our boys are Ethan and Zachary. When DH and I first married, he said he always wanted a son named Ethan and at the time it wasn't that common. Then seven years ago when we had the twins, naturally we stuck with the name, then chose Zachary on a whim. Both are common names, but not as bad as girls' names seem to get!
