Why do married moms think they are so much better than us?

I just wonder why the heck SOME married moms act like they are so much better than us single moms and that they should feel sorry for us? Yeah we have to work harder than most married moms. You dont have less problems than us, just different problems. On the plus side of being a single mom, we dont have to juggle a man and being a mom. We can concentrate only on our child. We raise children, hold down jobs, take care of households and vehicles, etc on our own. We may not have a man but we are strong, and thats what makes us proud to be single moms.

you go girl!!!  i raised three with out a man ,and my children turned out fine ,my oldest has a son an raising him on her own,and now my youngest is due in Oct. she said her boy friend was only good for the sperm !!

I totally agree with you!  Although, I am married now, I was a single mom of 2 for a while, after my divorce from my ex.  My mom was a single mom to me for pretty much the first 18 years of my life (my parents divorced when I was just 2) and she did a great job.  I know how difficult it is and I give you alot of credit!  It's hard work!  You go girl!
