Research/information about Behavior modification, behavior plans & (free) reward charts;

(besides the free rewards charts page -for any onlookers -the rest of the pages are simply research and I can not attest to thier value -whether accurate or inaccurate. One will have to determine themselves.)

 You know what -you're right I should have said this too; I haven't actually joined it. I go there to poke around and keep the link on hand -just in case. I think they got involved with the sensational home school case in California (fairly recent).....I've been told that -but I'm not sure. -really don't know how indepth or helpful they are....alot of home school moms refer to them though.

Apr. 30, 2008 at 12:48 PM I hope that Cali thing is straightened out now. We're moving there this spring/summer (no exact date yet)

Apr. 30, 2008 at 5:05 PM Yikes -someone told me to check its status on the HSLDA link but I must admit I've been too busy. However if they do anything to negatively affect the law concerning home schooling in CA it will probably be just an amount of time standing between what happens there and what will happen in the rest of our country. S'pose I'd better look there & see if they have anything, I don't want to be forced into putting my son into the hands of ones who can not or do not want to perform properly now or 5 years from now -even.

May. 1, 2008 at 9:42 AM hslda link removed; background was not researched well enough before posting. (One will have to research the group independantly if they are interested in them.)

HSLDA works for some. I just don;t think they work for the majority of homeschoolers. I think it'd be better if they  Called themselves

Legal Deffensive Association for Conservative Christian Homeschoolers. Instead marketing to and acting like they support all homeschoolers when they are pretty much just for Conservative Christian Homeschoolers. Which I am a conservative Christian- but NOT a conservative homeschooler.

It's perfectly fine and right for them to cater to those homeschoolers- but not to act like they are the  homeschool group for everyone when they are not.

and there are plenty of other legal resources for homeschoolers I think

This is a great child behavior modification program. Thanks for letting me share.
