Too Busy

I apologize to anyone I need to for being- just so terribly busy. My last posting was in January, when I listed my upcoming shows. I have been in all five listed, even won Third Place in the Surreal show, and have sold some paintings. Then was nominated to attend a workshop for emerging artists- I have been to one session, there is another in May. It's all very exciting, but I barely even have time to breathe sometimes. Public relations in art has taken more time than I thought it would with these shows- I even haven't had time to paint. My last show was hung this week- it is a portrait show, there are some pics on my profile page.

 I am still teaching, and volunteering. I go to the gym with my daughter and help her with her homework, plus try to spend some time with my son- though he's nearly 18 and that doesn't always happen right now, lol. Plus I'm more and more involved within the arts district in which I live, lots of good friends and socializing!

 I never expected to be this busy when I arranged these shows. Hoping it all calms down at the end of May and I can relax and pick up a paintbrush again...........
