Happy Birthday Baby!!

Happy Birthday Myah.

In just a few hours you will be 7. You are now a big girl. You are no longer a baby. If only you knew that is still how I see you. I still see you as that little creature that was born from me 7 short yrs ago. You are amazing in all that you do. You teach me something new everyday. You still are my baby.

I want you to know that just because you are 7 it still means you must still hold my hand. You must still eat your vegetables. You must still listen to me. Most importantly you must still be my baby. Forever and for always.

I want you to know that I love you more than any breath I will ever take. Even when those breaths cease to exist you will still be my baby. You are my first the one that has taught me all that I know about being a mother. You are the one that has shown me the patience while I learned. You are my teacher.

I love you Myah with everything in me. Every year gets harder and harder for me to watch you become more of an individual and less dependent on me. Although it makes me smile to see you learn new things and grow a little more.

Tomorrow at school you will receive 7 roses. One rose for every year that you have been my baby. One rose for every year that you have given me your love. A rose for a rose. Blossoming everyday.

I love you baby bear. You are my world and you are still my baby! Happy Birthday honey!
