Crazy life of a mom!!

I'm not that great at keeping up with a journal, but tonight I'm just bored enough to try. LOL

How can I be bored, I ask myself. Bailey, Cameron, and Amber are enough to keep things interesting. :) The truth is, I don't know what to do with myself on a daily basis! Sure, there's the obvious: cook, clean, laundry, clean, bed times, yada yada. I think I've gone on strike and didn't tell myself!!!! I get the basics done, but my house is far from desirable. Most people tell me it's because I have 3 little kids. Okay, toys and laundry I can see. But I don't do SOOOO many things. I tell myself to, and see what I should get done, but I either sit on the internet (looking for more stuff to buy!!) or think of someone to call..........

There, I said it. It doesn't sound too cool. But it's where I'm at, and I'm looking for another way. Supernanny says we need a routine. I've tried various things, but I'm SOOOO bored!!!

It was beautiful here today. I tried to talk myself into housework (that's long overdue). I finally put shorts on and went in the backyard where I tackled weeds!! It felt good, and at least I can say I did something. :(  My sister, BIL, and nephew came to visit, also. It was great to see them!

Maybe tomorrow I'll write about the kids, and all their ages and stages. :) We're taking a parenting class, so that's something to record. :)

May. 6, 2008 at 2:03 AM You know I keep a journal..It's been on going for a number of  years..The only way I write in this book is to keep it with me..I'll go into the kitchen I set the book  on the table..If I set down and think of something then I write it down..If it a bad thought, I try to make it some what pleasent.My main purpose for this journal is a gift to my kids..I want then to have this to read and know what was happening  in my life, if I've cried and why..If I've laughed, had a great day and why..I raised five, four girls and one son..I had these five baby;s from 1958 to 1961..So in six yrs I had five babies...I was a busy Mom..It just something I wanted to do for them...Right now it's on the computer desk ..My mother-inlaw kept one and we found it..Everyone of us read it..What a gift  .    your friend,     sandi
