DONOT KNOW WHAT TO DO?

At work 3 days ago. i got call in the office.because the pallets i sent back he said didnot put it all out. i had 15 pallets that night and the only one over there. well for awhile when i am off there is two people over there doing my job. i keep telling them that when i am offf there girls donot push it out.then they tell me how do you know it didnot sell over night. i told them it was a out yesterday and today it is still a out to day. they told me that donot worry about other people worry about your self. so it bolled down to lazy people can get way with it and hard workers has to do there job and the lazys one job to. what should i do?

Unfortunatly that is the way of the world.  THAT is one reason why I started my own business.  After 20 years of working for other people and working with lazy people I had enough and left.  IT was the Best Thing I have Ever Done.
