A whole lot of stuff

There have been a few things I want to address on here for certain people that may happen to read this.

First of all I want to say that I have NO regrets from my past. Yes, I did a  LOT, and I am talking a LOT, of wrong things in my life. However, I have changed. God saved me. I know growing up, I called myself a Christian, because all I thought in order for me to be saved I needed to believe that Christ died for me. While that is part of it, I realize it is not by my choice to be saved. I have had some people come up to me and say they did it because they felt it was the right thing to do, or they did it for his/her parents, or whatever the case may be.

No one can save his or herself. It is by faith that God chose me to be one of His elect. God knew even before my existence that I would be one of His. Now, growing up, as I mentioned before, I called myself a Christian. However, my actions did not show that. I NEVER read my Bible, I had premarital sex, bitter toward others, gossiped about others behind there backs and actually thought I was better than certain people. The list goes on and on, but for room sake, I'll just say you get the point.

I will say that I generally tried being a "good" person. However, heaven does not have "good" people. Heaven only has sinners who have been forgiven. No one on this earth is a good person. Now before you jump down my throat about how good you are, I want to clarify something. Do you get angry toward others? If so, in God's eyes you have already committed murder. Do you talk about people behind there backs, even some you might say are your friends? Do you try to keep up with the Jonses and worship the almighty dollar? If so, you are worshipping false gods. Do you look lustfully at another person, who is not your spouse? If so, you have already committed adultery in your heart. Do you argue with your parents? If so, you are not honoring your parents. Do you honor the Sabbath? The list goes on and on.

Now, I also want to point out, that we are ALL sinners. Even Christians sin. However, we are more aware of our sins and pray that God will deliver us from these sins. So, if you think you are a good person I want to tell you that there has only been one Good person that has walked on the face of the earth and that is Jesus Christ.

I also want to point out that I am not judging anyone.  Only God knows your heart. However, I pray that everyone will search within his or her own heart and pray that God will give them a clear answer. A verse I would like to share with you, Matthew 7:21-23, Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name? And then I will declare to them, " I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!"

If you live as the world lives, I pray that you will ask God to deliver you from this. Matthew 7:13-14, Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

These two verses sum up what I am trying to say. Many people call themselves Christians, but NEVER change there lifestyle they lived before. They know what they are doing is wrong and totally against what God commands, but continue in these practices. They need to seriously think about whether they were really saved or not. Again, only YOU and God know your heart.

I write this because Hell is not a laughing matter. You shouldn't have the attitude, "You live and you die. Might as well party it up while you are living."

Just remember God's grace is sufficient. Praise God that He sent His son to take our sins as His own.

Now onto another matter. I will keep this one short.....just to clarify I am not judging anyone. I have seen a lot of posts along the lines, you shouldn't judge me because God tells you not to. I am here to say that God does say to judge, but judge with righteous judgement.

It is one thing for me to say what you are doing is wrong and I myself do the same thing. Yes, that is judging and that is clearly sinning. But if I see a fellow Christian doing something that God tells us not to do, it is my place to bring to light there actions. 

There I am done.....I have prayed over this subject for sometime and asked that God will give me the words to shed some light on this.
