Well today ended my 2nd week at Tarrant County Boot-Camp.. I really enjoy the workouts. Its only for 1 hour 3 days a week.. Its early enough that i have time to get home and jump in the shower before I get the kids up for school. THe class consists of about 40 women. The instructor is great. She is a mom with 4 kids, so she knows the struggles of loosing the "baby weight".. i get up at 4:30am to be there for the 5:15am class. I find it nice to actually have peace and quiet to really clear my head and take in some fresh air (we work out at the park).. After each workout I always feel a different muscle group that's sore.. I already feel stronger and noticed more endurance when running. My hubby commented that he can see my hip bones again( YEA... BABY TUMMY GOING AWAY)..If you are looking for something to help get your work out REALLY going you should try a boot camp..
