Most of you know that I got a treadmill, recently, and that I have been trying to work up to jogging two miles non-stop. I am at my heaviest now and I'm having the HARDEST time shedding these pounds!! More than anything, though, I just want to be healthy! Keep in mind that I jog, so it takes me awhile to do 2 miles. This has been my journey, so far, over the past month...
3 segments of 10 minutes of jogging = 2 miles
2 segments of 15 minutes of jogging = 2 miles
and FINALLY, today:
2 MILES NON-STOP!! YEAH!!
Now, I must admit that I had a cup of coffee about 45 minutes before I started, so I don't know if it was the caffeine or if I'll be able to do it again. But, hey...it's a start!! At least, now, I know I can do it!!
