These are the steps. Gnocchi is like a potato dumpling. You just mash the potato and add a bit of flour, roll, cut, boil, cool and serve. (In a nut-shell) It was really good this time! I have to be careful or I'll gain back all of the weight I lost...lol.

oh wow!!!! Yummy!!!! So it's potatoes?!!! I HEART potatoes!!! It sounds simple but it looks so hard lol For me that is, I've never done anything with dough, mashing. Aww, thats great!! So who's italian in your family? My grandma makes them, but she boils them in water instead. Pesto is good, yes!!
