Our lab results from the Urine Toxic Metals test through Great Plains Laboratory following the first three months of oral DMSA show the following metals: Arsenic, Antimony, Tungsten, Mercury, Thallium, Cadmium, Nickel, Lead, and Tin! These are listed from those metals coming out in lowest levels to the metals coming out in the highest levels. I was surprised to see any mercury already coming out, as I was told that this would not show up until much later on in treatment. We expect up to 18 months of chelation.
Where did all these toxic metals come from? Certainly one source of mercury could have been vaccines, but w hat about all these other metals. I want to be certain we are not having ongoing exposure.
He just celebrated his 11th Birthday on Mother's Day. I hope chelation will take us down the road to many improvements in the coming year.
Comments:
Well Praise God!! I'm glad they are coming out! That is wonderful news!
I was wondering if you son had/has any gut issue? If yes, did you treat him for the gut issues before starting chelation?
Have done a little research on theories on how metals get into children. One of the most common factors is soil contamination. Soil with a higher clay content tends to hold on to metals the most. Soil that has been undisturbed for long periods of time tends to be the most contaminated. Al, As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mn, Ni, Pb, W, Zn are the most common contaminents found in soil and water.
Aluminum is also found in cookware, aluminum foil, antacids, antiperspirants, baking powder, buffered aspirin, building materials, canned acidic foods, food additives, lipsticks, prescription and over-the-counter drugs (anti-diarrhea agents hemorrhoid medications vaginal douches), dialysates vaccines, processed cheese, paints, toothpaste and "softened" and normal tap water
Arsenic is found in environmental contaminants like pesticides herbicides insecticides fungicides desiccants wood preservatives and animal feed additives.
I could go on and on... but a common source for many of these materials are fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides that all use many of the metals listed. In many old houses, the paint and plumbing can still be lead... Water and soil are the 2 biggest culprits.
