my girls trip to austin

me and sarah drove down to austin  it took us forever! lol we stopped at tons of places on the way including that crazy space ship in italy tx. i will be posting the pix soon. so we decide we want to go on a ghost tour down town and it starts at 8 so we go down town early to look around. well everyone knows 6th st is the  place to go right....wrong not during the day...homless people every where asking for money...begging for money! well we decide to go down congress st instead ...much better choice. we ate at a pizza place and it was really good and teh people there were nice ..they told us places we should go and visit, one of the guys owned a club that we might check out tonight. so now its time for the ghost tour ...never saw a ghost but we did get to learn alot of history including that about some mass murderer who back in the 1800's killed tons of women by stabbing them in the head then he would rape them and then slit their throat.......ok so now the tour is over we walked all over the town and found out that 6th st at night isnt bad at all tons of drunk college kids walking about......well out car was parked at the very end of 3rd st...very bad idea....there are no lights and tons of homless people hanging about asking if we need a drink and what not....well the bushes started to rustle and we took off running and jumped in the  car and took off! we got so freaking lost on the way back. when we finally got there we closed all the windows and locked every thing. i had to have a drink before i could get to sleep....the next day we went shopping then sunday was the concert and it was fun!
