SUPERVISED MY ASS!

As most of you know with the assistance of DCS we were given a "NO CONTACT ORDER" between the step-children and thier birth mother, well we went to court last week and the judge ordered Supervised visitation. The ONLY person my hubby would agree to allow supervised was his ex-father-in-law, who really has nothing to do with the birth-mom in the first place.

Anyway, he agrees to have her meet him at McDonalds Play Place and allow her to visit with the children for an hour.

When the children return, Hubby asks "did you have fun with your Momma?" and step-daughter says "Dad, you're going to go to jail and mom's going to take us away." BITCH, I HATE THIS FUCKING WOMAN! Anyway, Hubby says "No baby, daddy isn't going to jail." And she says "Mom told me to make sure I tell her when (not if but when) you touch my boobies or my private parts. FUCKING BITCH JUST CAN'T STOP...UHHHH...and Hubby asks "has daddy ever touched you in a bad way?" and she says "no" so we just leave the conversation alone for a while and the next morning it starts all over with "Daddy, why is mom having you put in jail?" again, he assures her that he isn't going to jail and off to school they go.

First of all THIS IS TO BE SUPERVISED VISITATION, I SAT IN THE COURT ROOM AND LISTENED TO THE JUDGE TELL HER AND HER FATHER THAT SHE WAS NOT TO SPEAK NEGATIVE OF HUBBY OR MYSELF AND THAT SHE WAS NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE TO HAVE CONVERSATION WITH THE KIDS...BITCH TRIES TO PLANT BULLSHIT IN THEIR LITTLE HEADS AS IF THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TO WORRY ABOUT ALREADY!

Second, she's taking the kids up into the Play Place and keeping them up there to have these conversations.

So I ask her father over the phone "Are you afraid of that bitch?" he asks, "what do you mean?" So I say, you let her take them and talk private and you know she isn't to do so. He says "well, i'm too old and big to get up in there where they are." So again I ask, "Are you afraid of the bitch? Tell her NO, she knows the rules and so do you."

So I'm just wondering how in the fuck he thinks he's supervising a visit!

oh my, if she's pissed at her ex (your husband) the kids need to stay out of it. for her to say this stuff to a little girl, is wrong. This women needs help, If my husbands ex was like that  I think I would record her talking to any one. Never bring kids into it. now this little girl doesn't understant why mom's going to put dad in jail, she'll be on edge waiting for dad to go to jail.

May. 16, 2008 at 9:14 PM I hate that you are having to deal with a woman like that. Those kids don't deserve to be drug into the middle of her drama. The only thing you can do is keep reassuring her that daddy is fine and isn't going anywhere. keep an eye out though you don't want that so called woman to try and put things in the childs mouth. She could ask the child simple questions and turn her answers around. Maybe you guys should talk to your lawyer that handled everything for you or someone at dcs. I'd even think about trying to get into contact with the judge. do something though don't let it lie. and by the way you are one hell of a woman yourself. I don't know what i would have done if that happened here. I'm pretty sure bodily harm would have been involved though. You know how we country girls are...lol. you and hubby keep your heads up and i'm here if you need to talk.
