We got my son's allergy test results back. This really drives home the importance of examining diet as a first step. The scale is 1 - 4 with for being an allergy & 1 -3 being an intolerance. An intolerance means that his body can't break down the proteins so they enter his blood stream whole.
Cow milk - 3
eggs - 3
Wheat -2
soy - 2
Now mind you, he had no outward symptoms other than impulsive & autistic like behaviors. So now we begin the journey of eliminating them from his diet. Then slowly reintroducing to see which is causing the behaviors.
He had none of them last night at supper. Today has been a good day.

I used to see things like this as being intimidating. I wouldn't want to go through the hassle of removing all this from a diet.
But when you see amazing results it's so worth it. It's like work. You work hard, but it's the pay check that makes you do it.
Hopefully you will find he can tolerate some of these foods. Maybe digestive enzymes will help, they did here.
But the bottom line is getting answers and relief. I think you are going to get that! So get excited and not intimidated.
The trick is to think about what you can eat, not what you can't. Good luck!
