Has your teen ever pulled the wool over your eyes?  I am so pissed! I generally have a great kid he's 14 and really does'nt give me too much trouble, or so I thought.  Back in March I found out that he had been talking to this girl on myspace, I thought it was ok until my son came home crying one day and said that he got a text message saying she had been shot at school, so I combed the internet looking for any school-related shootings, (none to be found) so then I called the police station in the town where she is supposed to live, again no shootings, (it is a very small town), the next day he gets a text saying she is in a coma, he is so upset! a couple hours later another text saying she woke up and she had been shot in the face, and had been in a coma and was now going to have plastic surgery, (WHATEVER) I cannot convince my nieve son she is lying to him, so I tell him I want to talk to her parents, then she starts getting all upset saying I can't because her parent's don't even know about my son, and he is in the witness protection program, I forbid my son to talk to her, I take his phone away for like 2 weeks or something, and i being a dummy give it back,  I found out yesterday he has been talking to her ever since and lying to me for 2 months, so I grounded him for 2 months, I sure think it would suck to be him!  Summer is almost here, he's loosing out on so much, but I have to teach him a lesson.

When my brother and I were teenagers, my brother swiped my mom's car keys to take it for a joy ride. He ended up dinging up the side acting stupid in it, and of course, got caught. He was grounded for the entire summer. I promise that he learned his lesson!

I sure hope he realizes this girl for what she is.
