This is the last straw!

BD broke the Custoday Order. It states very clearly in the first line that visits are to be supervised, not "do whatever the hell you want"! Ok, this is what happened. He was supposed to have 4 hours w/ the kids at his father's house so his father could supervise & abusive wifey could not be around. So, I dropped them off & left. I come back at the scheduled time and my DD runs up to me & says they went to BD's house & saw SM. WTF? Then he has the nerve to ask if he & SM can take the kids to Chuckie Cheese next visit, in front of the kids. So I was nice & informed him that the visits are supposed to be supervised here (at his dad's). He claims he didn't know that...his lawyer didn't tell him. I guess he forgot how to read.  THEN in the car on the way home, DD says BD asked them to call him "dad" (if u didn't know, he hasn't been around for almost 3 years) and DS scolded her & said she's not supposed to tell me. WAIT! He's making them keep secrets from me now? OH he's so gonna pay!! I am not gonna just sit & watch while he messes up my kid's lves again! Monday morning I'm calling the lawyer!!

May. 29, 2008 at 5:22 PM stand up for your rights, and dont allow him to make the kids keep secrets. My ds has been dealing with it for years and I have told him and his bf that all matters are between his bf and me.
