Different name post

When I was little and I told people my name (especially adults) they would ask: "were you born in April?"  I was not born in April, I was born in August.  When told this they thought they were funny and original by asking why my parents didn't name me August then...hardee har har.  So from the time I was 5 until I was 20 I wanted to change my name to my middle name: Danielle.  I LOVED my middle name.  When I was 20, I learned what my mom wanted to name me (had she won the coin toss): Rayne Beaux....EW!  Thank God Dad won!  So my name could have been something WAY hippier.  I'm at peace with April Danielle now. :)

I saw your name in a post so it made me curious and brought me here! My name is April Dawn so I thought maybe yours was too. Yeah I can't tell you how many times I got asked those ridiculous questions. However, I felt a little better when I met an April Mae! haha.
