Comments (2)

Although he was only fifteen feet away and I was gesturing wildly, I could not get his attention.  I was ten years old.  By the time I was fourteen, I had lived through a life-changing experience which began that day, and with that turtle, in...

Mom and Single

Comments (2)
My First Experience Being Single -  I find myself 44 years old enjoying a highly successful and rewarding career and single for the first time since 18 years old. I have these highly charged amazing days at work and go home to enjoy a bit of tennis, amazing sunsets, romantic dinners with flamenco jazz music...........................all alone. I decided that what is missing in my life is someone to share all of the above. But the question is how to find that person. Computer dating simply is not for me.   Bingo! I will try a dating service,...

Never Lie To Your Mother.....Dinner with my son

Comments (4)
Dinner with Rich Jr. This past year, I went to visit my son Rich Jr. who lived with a female roommate, “Molly.”  During dinner, I couldn’t help but notice how pretty my son's roommate was. I had long been suspicious of a relationship between the two, and this had only made me more “curious.”              Over the course of the evening, while watching the two interact, I started to wonder whether there was more between my Son...

Dear Mom: Thank you for letting us use the cabin this weekend. We had a great time and per your request I installed the ceiling fan and tested it. The following is what I learned about ceiling fans:You should not throw baseballs up when the ceiling fan is on.When using a ceiling fan as a bat, you have to throw the ball up a few times before you get a hit.A ceiling fan can hit a baseball a long way.The glass in windows (even double-pane) doesn't stop a baseball hit by a ceiling fan. Thanks again Mom, your'e the best!Love, Rich Jr.

Being a MOM

Comments (2)
I have been a working mom for over 20 years balancing the tight rope between life as a CEO and mother to son Rich Jr. I have launched over seven companies, been awarded more than a dozen patents and made millions by bringing products into the consumer market all while raising my son. Its been a challenging adventure but I knew at a very early age these were the two things I wanted to be when I grew up.I was born to be an inventor. Along with my formula I have to contribute most of my success to my parents. They encouraged me to be a freethinking child and embraced my passion and innovation....
