Alot of you know that I have REALLY been struggling with migraines for the past several months. Yesterday we went to a Memorial Day parade in the town that my husband grew up in. My husband's niece was performing in the parade, and we wanted the kids to go to just because it was Memorial Day and pay tribute to our fallen heroes. The beginning of the parade, the local high school ROTC did a beautiful ceremony and placed a ceremonial wreath on the war memorial in front of the police station and the marching band played "The Star Spangled Banner" and "Taps". I just read a journal by a lady who lost a bunch of weight and she posted her "Before" and "After" pics. I lost 50 pounds, just over 4 years ago and kept it off!!! Everyone's next question when they find that out is always " How did you do it?" There's no secret, no diet, no tricks.
