At what time of day does your mail usually come?
Comments (4)I am so happy wit my mail carrier here... I have been living in the same place since my move to the south 4 years agao. When I was living in NJ my mail man would not come until 3 pm ish - 4 pm ish, so I would not be able to do what I wanted if a bill came til the next day or my check.... Here in AL my mail comes between 10 am and 11 am.... he is great and on time....

Blurred Vission, Cold finger tips and Tingling...My Story to learning I had DIABETIES
Comments (6)I had been waking up with cold finger tips and tingling finger tips for about 2 weeks... I passed it thinking I slept wrong on my arm or something... then the thirst, but I did not think anything of that either... I figured I was not drinking anough, then the vision went to fuzzy haze over my eyes... I could not figure it out, then it hit me... I may have DIABETIES. I was not scared or worried... it runs in my family, my Nana, Mother, my Sister, 3 Uncles maybe more cuz of some great uncles....
You know the weird thing... I started to exercise 2 week ago on the reg...lol and pop...diabetic...

I have to be more careful now, I use the salad plates for eating or saucers...and cereal, pasta, sweets I eat out of small ramican bowls.... For salads i eat off the reg plates... greens are good for you.. with lemon and olive oil for dressing....

I loss two children, there is not a day that goes by that I do not think about them. My son Ali was only 16 weeks gestation, weighing only 11 1/2 oz fitting in the palm of my hand that was a struggle for I did not want to let him go.... and my son Neim was 5 mo old, healthy chunky lil baby boy passed away from SIDS. Allah is merciful, for I know insh'Allah on the day of Judgement I will see them again...insh'Allah...(God willing)
