An article was passed on to me from my chiropracter's wife.
It includes a great explanation of when and why antibiotics should or should not be used. I am able to blog about No Sick Visits because my family is living proof. Once we took control or eliminating most garbage foods ( not all - ya gotta live. :) )and began a comprehensive nutritional supplement program - well antibiotics were not part of our life - they haven't been since we began this journey.
It's more than about my family. It's about our human family !
Check it out at...

Often the First Sign of Heart Disease is Sudden Death! What are you doing?
Go Red Day – Heart Health Month - Red Dress Fashion Show – Awareness
February has been named National Heart Disease Awareness Month.
It’s great to raise Heart Health Awareness – if you are going to take Action.
By Action, I don’t mean wearing red. I hate to be the one to break it to you, but wearing red today, tomorrow or even all month won’t make a difference in your heart health.
It’s not what you put ON your body. It’s what you put IN your body that makes the difference.
If you truly...

I just uploaded an excerpt from The Safe Shoppers Bible on my blog, that includes a partial list of products that are cited as carcinogens or neurotoxins.
Feel free to check the list and see if you may have these products in your home.

This year I have decided to do something different. I have decided to make decisions, not resolutions.
Resolutions always seem to fall by the wayside for me. This year I am deciding to make changes.
2010 Decisions
1. Lose the fat, keep the muscle. I started my Cinch plan today.
2. Keep a tidy office. Began with a "Clean Sweep" today. See what I came across on my blog. http://nosickvisits.blogspot.com/2009/12/doing-office-clean-sweep.html
3. Doing something every day to continue our...

I thought I'd share this letter on staying healthy during the holidays. To Your Health, LisaOf course the holidays are fun. But let’s be honest; faced with a dizzying array of shopping, cooking, cleaning, decorating, entertaining guests, and attending too many social events to count, the holiday season can also be stressful, leaving you feeling exhausted, frazzled, and under the weather! The stress associated with the holidays is a double-edge sword. In the right dose, it can get you going and inspire you to pull together a fabulous holiday meal or find just the perfect gift for someone...

The Holidays can be so stressful.
We lost a very influential man recently, Jim Rohn.
He has some great advice on not getting lost on the stress of the Holidays. I posted the article on my blog -

Hope you find something of value.

We've all heard the advice - take a baby aspirin every day. What does the research say? I went back to my friend Stephen Chaney, Phd to get the scoop.

I keep hearing from people struggling with colds, flus & sinus infections.
So many times I hear - "I am taking vitamins from the drug store or health food store. I guess they just don't work for me."
Are there differences in vitamins?
What if you could get a guarantee?
Check out our latest blog installment.
