He's a grown man. You can't tell him what to do. You're not his mother. He has his own choices to make. She's probably just a friend that he's reconnected with. Get over your insecurities and let it go.

Try to get to know her. But if he won't let you, or she is uninterested, then you know something is not right.

My husband has female friends he talks with... online, texts, emails. He has told me in the past that they have been interested in him as more than a friend, but he's not interested in them. I know I have nothing to worry about.

Talk to him about it... See what he has to say about it. Like the first reply said, she's probably just an old friend he's found again.

Why can't our husbands have female friends? Why do most women automatically assume they're more than friends?

Any friend of your husband should be a friend of yours. I dont beileve in secret friends or conversations. Everything should be out in the open.

Don't be a doormat. Either find out exactly what's up with her, who she is and why they are talking so much, or leave. You can't tell him not to talk to someone, but if you aren't okay with it, and he's still doing it, then obviously you aren't much of a priority to him.

To the first comment. How ignorant to think that bc he is a grown man that she shouldn't be concerned when he has been hiding talking to this other woman. I am assuming that you are either divorced, a lesbian, or a swinger. Even tho, actually, none of those kind of women enjoy their s.o. having someone on the side that needs to be kept a secret. So I would say you are a one-in-a-million BITCH.

and just bc he has his own choices to make doesnt mean that she shouldnt care or try to interceed if he is having an affair. I am 100% sure from your comment on him and his choices that you are an atheist.
