I get sick of looking at it and hearing it from every damn person in this valley... But it's not offensive.

It doesn't offend me but I wish people would just say happy holidays and stop assuming that everyone celebrates Christmas. I don't wish random people Happy Chanukah because I don't assum that everyone I run in to is Jewish. I always hear "if you did, I wouldn't mind" BUT I wouldn't do it even nif I thought it was okay. It's something I only reseve for people who actually celebrate it. I don't wish anyone a Merry Christmas either since I don't celebrate it.

I have said Happy Holidays since I was in high school way back in the dark ages. There are too many different faiths celebrating for any one to clain the only reason for the HOLY DAYS season.

I guess I am tired of minority controlling the majority. The political correctness is getting to be a little much. No most people don't care so why does it matter? What happened to freedom of speech. When I worked at Penneys I still said Merry Christmas.

If I knew someone was Jewish I'd wish them "Happy Hanakhuah" (spelling?) if I knew that a person wasn't Jewish, but wasn't Christian I'd say "Happy Holidays", however, since I haven't had anyone tell me not to I usually say "Merry Christmas".

While I usually say Happy Holidays (just a habit for me), I take NO offense to anyone wishing me a happy holiday no matter WHAT holiday it is!
You want to wish me a Krazy Kwanzaa? SURE! You want me to have a Merry Menorah? RIGHT ON! As long as you are wishing me well and happiness.... why on earth would I be offended?
You tell me to F*** off? We're going to have issues. You tell me that Christmas sucks.... well i'll prolly slap ya, lol.

I am an atheist and say Happy Holidays, however, it doesn't offend me at all to hear Merry Christmas. It also wouldn't offend me to hear Happy Chanukah, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy Winter Solstice, etc. I understand people say what they are comfortable with and used to. I would never get offended from someone sending me good wishes.
