These shows in my opinion or total comedy. These kids are totally out of control, some of us can relate, and have been for quite some time, and yet nanny comes in and w/in days she's disiplined the parents, and changed the whole fam. around. Are you kidding me? Their motto is undivided attention every waking moment. What about independence? What about parents needing a little time to do what they have to do around the house? Another Ex. Mom gives the kid 100% attention. Mom has another baby, now that attention is divided. Doesn't this make the kid act out more, because they are used to having all the attention?

LOL!!!! I'd pay to see that. Do any of the nannies, have any children of their own? If not, how can they even give advice, when they "help" out, then leave the kids. It's like a grandparent, spoil the kids rotten, then send em' home.

some of the nannies (def super nanny) do have kids that they've talked about (not sure about all of them). I think that the show could be reality- if you have no idea how to parent then it would do wonders to learn how to really deal with kids, esp from someone who has years of practice. I've tried out some of the things they've shown on supernanny and was really impressed with the outcome of some of them.

Anything's possible. Who knows. I think some of the principles they teach are good, but I'll tell you... I won't ever be putting a child in time out 40 some times over the span of 4 hours. I have another way of dealing with that kind of stubborness. I'll leave it at that to not start a debate.

I love SuperNanny! I think that Jojo truly does love kids and wants to share her advise...but I am not totally convinced that some of it is not scripted.

Don't know if it's all real or not, but I know Jo's been a nanny for years, so she has experience.

Thing is if these kids were like your every day people the show would not last, yes kids are bad however the amp it up and over play it for ratings. Its like all bad reality shows... They only show the shock and awe factors of things. I'm sure ONCE a year our kids do something so terrible that they could make it on the show lol... Also they play off emotions, parents relationships, and those that do not feel secure ACT out from fear or insecuritys. I mean a whole camera crew in your home when your already insecure? Drama and crap sell lol

I, as well have used JoJo's techniques and they have worked. After you watch her a while you almost want to hit yourself on the head and say "boy that makes sence to me why couldn't I figure that out" She's is good either way
