Yes I sure did, but then I only breast fed for 1 month cause I didn't produce enough milk and had to go to a bottle.

I did at first, but now I eat about the same as I did before I was pregnant... maybe an extra snack at night, but not always.

My doctor told me that you burn as much as 500 additional calories a day while breastfeeding. This is why you eat more. I had to stop after six weeks. I eat a lot of veggies and tomatoes and she got colic.

When my DD was a NB I always had to have a huge (full) thing of water and a granola bar or something healthy for munching. As she got older my eating habits adjusted and the snacking while nursing wasn't so rampant. Bu the time she weaned when she was 2years old I wasn't snacking at all and sometimes didn't even need so much water. BFing needs fuel! It burns ALOT more calories than many mamas realize!

I don't know personally but my best friend breast fed her baby and she ate a ton all the time. She said it was like she was still pregnant.

Yes, I felt so hungry all the time with each of my 3. I knew I was supposed to be eating 500 extra calories, but *sigh* I know I was eating more than that!

Yeah you burn a bunch of calories breastfeeding! That's why you're so hungry, it's like you're running a couple of miles every day you do! Whoop eat up, girl!

I had sever PPD, and I couldn't even make myself eat one meal a day. I ended up having to formula feed after 3 months. I am suprised I made it that long producing enough milk. I was taking a lot of vitamins and drinking protein shakes as much as i could. :( I feel so terrible I couldn't longer
