Did you know that a Constitutional Convention can be seated by Congress if 34 states issue legislation calling for one? Did you further know that 32 states have already done this, and that Ohio will be holding a vote shortly--possibly becoming the 33rd state to issue such a call?

Amalia, that's great that you're contacting your reps! Please get your friends and family to do the same!

Anyone else who lives in Ohio, or any of the states that have NOT issued the call for a ConCon, should also monitor their state legislatures closely, and let their reps know that we DO NOT need another Constitution!

States that have NOT called for a new Constitutional Convention include:

Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio (for now), Rhode Island, Vermont, Virgina, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin)

The basics haven't changed. We only need to amend it to update with new issues

I don't think we need a NEW one, but maybe congress should take a better look at the one we already have.
